YOUR OPPORTUNITY

You will be an integral part of the Off Trade Channel Family, shaping our success by creating and executing compelling JBPs with your customer. You will have full P&L ownership, managing all variables to deliver the plan (commercial, marketing, supply chain, etc.). With a founder’s mentality, you will challenge the status quo and drive positive change within your account and the wider team.


About You

A self‑starter who is passionate, driven, and agile, not afraid of entering the unknown. You have an open mind and the willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment. You thrive on being a key part of the team, influencing both internally and externally to deliver commercial priorities. You inspire others, coach, and build capability.


RESPONSIBILITIES

* Deliver the JBP – price, promotion, distribution, feature, NPD and brand content, to have a best‑in‑class execution plan.
* Look beyond the outline trading plan and pursue new opportunities or ways of working to strengthen both the relationship and performance with your account.
* Partner closely and build alignment with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Marketing, Brand, Finance, Supply chain, and other teams where appropriate.
* Develop and nurture core internal and external relationships required to deliver the plan, including S&O forecasting.
* Activate our brands within your account ensuring they show up above and beyond the competition and excite shoppers and consumers.
* Manage and deliver regular clear updates to key business processes such as monthly performance reviews and annual Bottom‑Up Plan creation.
* Complete pre‑ and post‑evaluation of promotions and activities.
* Take a leadership role within the team and inspire the desire to build the team’s overall capability through training, coaching, best practice, and knowledge sharing.

* Ability to form strong relationships, negotiate, and influence best‑in‑class plans.
* Manage key stakeholders across the business at all levels, internally and externally, while actively opening new relationships that unlock opportunities.
* Strong commercial, analytical, presentation, and communication skills, with the potential to learn and grow.
* Think creatively to develop strong activation plans that drive sales rate and distribution across multi‑channel business – Retail, Convenience & Online.
* Competent in PowerPoint, Excel, and forecasting/data tools.
