Exciting Project Director opportunity for a leading Tier 1 fit out and refurbishment company.
About the role of Project Director:
Winning and delivering commercial office fit out projects valued around £20 - £80 million, with a focus on CAT A, CAT B fit out and cut & carve.
Responsibilities for Project Director:
* Monitoring build progress overseeing finance and ensuring quality
* Liaising with clients and building strong working relationships
* Making strategic decisions and providing leadership and direction to project managers
* Devising cost-effective plans to enable effective project completion
Requirements for Project Director:
* Experience working as a Project Director on commercial fit out projects valued up from £10 - £50 million
* Experience working at a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor
* CAT A and CAT B commercial fit out experience
* Experience winning work taking projects from tendering to pre-construction through to delivery
