Must have experience of working as a Teacher or Teaching Assistant (minimum of 3 years).
Must hold a minimum of a Level 5 qualification in Education (e.g. PGCE/CertEd/QTS etc.)
Must hold a minimum of a Level 2 English and Maths / GCSE equivalents.
Experience of delivering on-the-job training to staff would be highly desirable.
