We are seeking to appoint a Senior Occupational Health Advisor. The purpose of the role is to provide a professional, proactive occupational health and wellbeing service to police officers, police staff and senior leaders, particularly the prevention of illness and the maintenance and improvement of health and wellbeing. You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of a high quality nurse‑led service, providing quality advice and guidance to managers and employees.

Qualifications
Must be an NMC Registered General Nurse with a Specialist practitioner SCPHN (OH) qualification or have a diploma in Occupational Health Nursing or equivalent postgraduate qualification with evidence of continuous professional development. Experience of developing and implementing health care policies with effective communication skills and sound interpersonal skills to manage conflict situations, working in the mental health field and carrying a caseload.
