Role Description

Qualifications
* Proficiency in Account Management and Customer Service to build strong client relationships and deliver excellent support
* Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Lead Generation to enhance business growth and client retention
* Effective Communication skills to collaborate with customers and internal teams
* Proven ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships
* Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong organizational skills
* Experience in B2B sales or the consumables industry is a plus
* Proficiency in CRM software is advantageous
