Founding Enterprise Account Executive
Location: London (Hybrid, 3 days on site)
Compensation: £100k–£125k base, uncapped commission, and equity
A fast growing, YC-backed AI company is hiring a Founding Enterprise Account Executive to join at a pivotal stage of growth. With major enterprise pilots already underway across financial services and defence, and further funding secured to accelerate expansion, they are now building their first GTM team to scale drastically by the end of FY26.
This is an opportunity for a top performer to take on a founding role, shape the commercial motion from the ground up, and define how a new generation of AI infrastructure is sold to the world’s most regulated organisations.
The opportunity
You will own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to close, building relationships with senior decision makers and managing complex, consultative sales processes. Working directly with the CRO and CEO, you will design and execute the GTM strategy and create the playbook for future hires.
