Our successful North Walsham Branch is currently recruiting for a Plumbing and Heating Assistant.
In this position, you will play a key role in the sale of our full range of plumbing and heating products, providing quotations for customers, purchasing materials and managing stock levels for the category, dealing with customers both face to face and over the telephone, giving excellent customer service and sound product advice and taking a proactive approach to plumbing and heating sales, using every opportunity to make or increase a sale. You will also be storing stock in our warehouse and picking customer orders. Please note this role will involve working alternate Saturday mornings.
Previous plumbing and heating product knowledge or previous sales experience in a plumbing and heating merchant or a builders’ merchant environment would be preferred. You will need to be confident dealing with customers have the ability to build great customer relationships with a good telephone manner, excellent communication and interpersonal skill alongside being computer literate.
