We are currently recruiting for ad hoc, short-term, and long-term Nursery Assistants to support a primary school in Blackpool. Our client's building and resources are exceptional and rarely found in a primary school. Starting in September, they require qualified TAs/nursery staff to support the nursery on a day-to-day and long-term basis in the new academic year. Ideally, a successful candidate would be familiar with Read Write Inc. phonics and, if possible, continuous provision, which will also be desirable to support long-term applications at this school.

We are seeking TAs and special support assistants to carry out the following duties:
* Provide in-class support for the whole class, identified individual students, or small groups of students (e.g., 4-5 students).
* Under the direction of a class teacher or SENCO, develop and lead small group work.
* Assist in upholding standards of behaviour across the class.
* Support the delivery and production of teaching and learning materials for students, including differentiating the materials.
* Provide regular feedback to the class teacher and SENDCO or relevant line manager.
* Assist in setting up the class, including daily activities, ensuring continuous provision, display boards, managing pupil journals, and workbooks.

Essential Requirements
* Relevant qualifications (L2/3 TA, etc.)
* Good knowledge of the EYFS curriculum.
* Classroom experience.
* Two references from the last 5 years, including one child-based safeguarding reference.
Desired
* DBS on the update service.
