Senior Commercial Manager – Bristol (Hybrid) - £70,000 + Benefits
We’re working with a leading defence and technology business to recruit a Senior Commercial Manager for their Digital team.
This role focuses on a major pan-defence digital transformation programme, supporting long-term contracts with the UK MOD and wider defence customers.
The Role
You’ll lead commercial delivery across a complex digital services transformation project -managing negotiations, contract mobilisation, and ongoing governance. Working closely with programme, finance and legal teams, you’ll ensure commercial objectives are met while supporting business growth and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead negotiations and contract mobilisation for a high-profile digital transformation programme
* Draft, review and manage complex contract terms and change proposals
* Oversee supplier and intercompany agreements
* Manage commercial risk, pricing, and governance approvals
* Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in defence or other complex contracting environments
* Strong knowledge of UK MOD frameworks and Single Source Contract Regulations
* Skilled in negotiation, contract management and risk control
* Ability to influence and work effectively in a fast-paced, matrix environment
* 7+ years’ commercial experience within large, multinational organisations
