What You Will Do

What We Are Looking For
* Experience with global HRIS platforms (Sage, Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors, ADP, etc.).
* Strong analytical skills in HR metrics, reporting, and visualization.
* Advanced Excel skills.
* Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
* Ability to translate data insights into HR strategies.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

* Experience in HR data analysis, reporting, and system management.
