The Graphic Designer is responsible for the conceptual creation and development of graphic artworks for Frasers Group's own-brand categories for Sports Direct. They will understand manufacturing processes, production methods, and materials, and must manage a diverse workload while ensuring high standards.
Key Accountabilities:
* Design and create artworks for all consumer-facing products.
* Utilize expertise in manufacturing processes to ensure artworks are production-ready.
* Maintain brand integrity throughout the design process.
* Consistently work to a high standard in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Skills & Expertise:
* Communicate effectively with colleagues and managers about designs.
* Knowledge of printing standards, color proofing, and output consistency.
* Understand costs, materials, and production methods to meet specifications within budget.
* Apply creative and technical skills to develop graphics, illustrations, and photography into final artworks for manufacturing.
* Excellent planning and organizational skills to manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines.
* Strong communication skills.
Qualifications:
* 2-5 years of experience in a design discipline.
* Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop); experience with AI is a plus.
* Ability to generate ideas based on product briefs.
* Experience working with factories and managing end-to-end processes from artwork to execution.
* Proven track record in managing complex projects, troubleshooting, and delivering on time and within budget.
* Experience managing large volumes of SKUs.
