We are seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical Site Supervisor / Electrical Appointed Person to join our Central Services team. You’ll play a key role in overseeing the delivery of safe, high-quality electrical works across our projects, working closely with both directly employed electricians and subcontractors. This is a hands-on supervisory role ensuring compliance, safety, and delivery to the highest standards. You’ll be accountable for electrical safety, quality assurance, contractor supervision, safety of on-site work completion and equipment returned to servic e across a varied portfolio of sites. This role involves extensive travel across the Anglian Water region and plays a vital part in our mission to deliver sustainable infrastructure solutions to our customers and communities. A proactive, safety-first leader who leads by example Strong interpersonal and mentoring skills A team player who thrives under pressure and is solution-focused Open to innovation and ongoing professional development Appropriate electrical/engineering time-served apprenticeship or equivalent at NVQ level 3/MOET/Diploma or Experienced Worker Assessment Complemented by ONC/BTEC or City and Guilds / EAL parts 1 and 2 or equivalent level Knowledge of safe isolation procedures, LOTO and suitable equipment use Experience and ability to complete Electrical Certification (Minor Works, Electrical Installation Certificates) BS7671 18 th Edition Wiring Regulations City and Guilds (or equivalent qualification) 2391 – Testing and Inspection of Electrical Installations Knowledge and experience of working with pumps, motors, MCC’s, DOL/Star-Delta, Inverter Drives/VSD equipment and control circuitry Benefits aligned to this role Our people are important to us and we want to make sure that we reward and recognise all of the great work that they do.
