Are you a creative and driven Marketing and Events Executive with a passion for property, storytelling, and community?

We're looking for a part-time or full time Marketing and Events Executive to help elevate our digital presence, manage social media channels, and bring fresh ideas that connect with our discerning clientele.
You'll have the opportunity to lead creative campaigns, plan engaging events, and play a pivotal role in shaping how our brand is seen across our offices.
Key Responsibilities
Campaigns & Communications
* Plan, write, and send professional, value-packed monthly newsletters.
* Write compelling property copy for Rightmove, brochures, and marketing assets.
Social Media & Content Creation
* Manage our presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn, ensuring a consistent brand look and feel.
* Create and publish engaging content, sneak peeks, behind-the-scenes posts, and video tours.
* Upload property videos to YouTube with SEO-optimised titles and descriptions.
* Research and plan new video ideas that educate, entertain, and inspire with the client executives.
Client Experience & Branding
* Create and update branded documents and assets to enhance the client journey throughout the year.
* Work with designers to manage brochure production and delivery timelines.
Community & Events
* Build partnerships with local businesses for collaborations, giveaways, and co-marketing.
* Organise bi-monthly themed events (e.g. home styling, investment evenings, Wine & Wealth).
* Plan monthly team nights to strengthen internal culture and collaboration.
Lead Nurture & CRM
* Create email nurture sequences, PDFs, and video content to engage potential sellers and buyers.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
* A confident storyteller with excellent written and verbal communication.
* Experienced in social media management and content creation.
* Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
* Skilled in tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite (or excited to learn).
* Passionate about property, lifestyle, and community connection.
* A team player who thrives in a collaborative, creative environment.
