Service/Area Manager - Leadership Opportunity in Liverpool 🌟
📍 Location: Liverpool | 💷 Salary: £48,000 per annum | 📌 Reports to: Regional Manager/Director
Our client, a specialist provider of high-quality care services, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Service/Area Manager to lead their established service in Liverpool, which caters specifically to individuals with brain injuries and complex neurological needs.
This is a key leadership role where you will take overall responsibility for the operational management, development, and continuous improvement of a multidisciplinary team delivering person-centred care tailored to support the unique needs of people living with brain injuries.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing strong, professional leadership and hands-on management support to a diverse team
Ensuring the service complies fully with all regulatory and legislative standards
Managing budgets, staffing, and resources to maintain and enhance service quality
Leading the delivery of business development and service improvement plans
Building and maintaining effective relationships with commissioners, families, referrers, and other stakeholders
Promoting a culture of safety, respect, inclusion, and empowerment for both staff and service users
Overseeing safeguarding, health and safety, and quality assurance processes
Supporting service users to achieve personal, educational, and vocational goals
Driving continuous improvement through robust governance and outcome monitoringCandidate Requirements:
Proven leadership experience within a regulated health or social care environment
Strong operational, financial, and people management skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering positive outcomes
Commitment to delivering person-centred care of the highest standard, with an understanding of brain injury rehabilitation and support needs
Ability to lead change and contribute to business growth initiatives
