Job Description:

Title: Vice President – Global Payroll & HCM

Location: EMEA - Remote

Contract: Permanent

Salary: Highly competitive + Bonus + Benefits

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a senior leader to join a global organisation as VP, Global Payroll & HCM with a focus on operations. This is a key executive role, offering full ownership of delivery, performance, and growth across diverse markets.

This position suits a commercially astute and operationally focused leader with experience in large-scale payroll and human capital management environments. Responsibilities include driving profitability, enhancing client satisfaction, and building long-term strategies while overseeing a hybrid team.


Key Responsibilities:

* Lead regional delivery teams to ensure operational excellence and consistent service across global markets.
* Drive profitability through cost control, efficiency improvements, and financial oversight.
* Collaborate with sales teams to support growth and client success.
* Manage regional budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
* Improve customer satisfaction and retention through continuous service enhancements.
* Guide strategic planning and scale operations according to market demand.
* Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards in all regions.
* Foster a high-performance culture and support leadership development within your team.


Ideal Candidate:

* Proven experience in senior operations leadership with full P&L responsibility.
* Deep knowledge of global payroll and HCM, especially across EMEA; LATAM and APJ experience is a plus.
* Strong financial and commercial acumen.
* Experience managing large international teams.
* Skilled in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) and change management.
* Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement skills.
