Creative Designer – Brand & Visual Content - £45 -50k

We’re working on behalf of a prestigious professional membership organisation to appoint a talented Creative Designer to lead the evolution of their visual identity and brand storytelling.
This is a rare opportunity to shape the creative direction of a respected institution with a strong public mission. You’ll bring a multidisciplinary approach to design, spanning digital, print, motion and video — and play a pivotal role in embedding a refreshed brand across all channels.
🔍 The role in brief:
* Lead and evolve the organisation’s visual identity — colour, typography, logo, and design principles
* Design impactful assets across web, social, print, events and presentations
* Oversee video production from concept to post-production, capturing authentic stories
* Direct photography and motion to bring the brand narrative to life
* Collaborate across teams to ensure brand consistency and creative excellence
💡 What we’re looking for:
* A strong, creative portfolio spanning brand, digital and motion design
* Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
* Experience in video production, photography direction and image library management
* A collaborative, detail-oriented designer with a passion for storytelling
* Bonus: Familiarity with Figma, Canva, DaVinci Resolve, or inclusive design principles
This is a hybrid role based in central London, with approx. 2 days/week in-office and flexibility around events and collaboration.
