RSC Group is a progressive company operating across Waste Management, Environmental Maintenance, and Road Marking. Based in Maghera, the company is seeking a Business Administrator to join its busy Head Office team. This role sits at the centre of contract delivery within the Environmental Contract Division. It supports customer relationships, subcontractor coordination and contract administration, while also assisting with finance and office operations. The Role This is a hands-on administration role. You will support the day-to-day management of employees, customer and subcontractor contracts. You will act as a key point of contact between clients, operational teams, and subcontractors. You will also provide administrative support to the finance function. The role suits someone organised, professional, and confident managing multiple stakeholders. Mon-Fri 9:00 5:30pm Key Responsibilities Act as first point of contact for customers on contract-related queries Support administration across the Environmental division Coordinate with subcontractors on work orders, documentation, and invoicing queries Maintain accurate contract records and supporting documentation Assist with purchase ledger tasks, including invoice processing and coding Support customer invoicing and contract-related finance administration Track customer feedback, incidents, and service issues linked to contracts Prepare contract documents, reports, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Manage incoming and outgoing contract correspondence Support general office coordination and administration What Were Looking For GCSE Maths (Grade B or above) and GCSE English (Grade B or above) and at least 3 other GCSEs at Grades AC Minimum 3 years experience in contract administration, business administration, or accounts support Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Team player with roll up your sleeves attitude. Capacity to work independently with limited supervision Confidence dealing with customers, subcontractors, and internal team Strong organisation skills and attention to detail Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks Online or Xero is useful but not essential Experience working with service contracts or subcontractors is desirable What Youll Get Competitive salary based on experience Full in-house training will be provided.
