Depending on the role, you may be asked to undergo the appropriate level of Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check to assess your suitability for working with children and young people. The level of check (Standard, Enhanced, or Enhanced with Barred List) is determined based on the specific responsibilities of the role and the level of contact with children and young people.

Role Responsibilities

* You will play an important role in the effective day-to-day running of the service. We are looking for people who are well-organized, have good attention to detail, and can work to and meet tight deadlines.
* You must be able to work effectively within a team environment, be customer and child-focused, and deliver the role with a flexible approach.
* You will be a 'can-do' person, passionate about high-quality service delivery and performance.
* You will work effectively within a dedicated team, be customer-focused, and adaptable.


Key Skills

* Attention to detail with an ability to work accurately, e.g., literacy and numeracy.
* Ability to work on own initiative with a proactive approach to tasks to meet business objectives.
* Ability to work flexibly as part of a diverse team, providing cover when needed to ensure service continuity, and multi-tasking across roles.
* Experience of working in a pressured environment, managing conflicting priorities effectively.
* Good understanding of Microsoft Office packages.
