We are seeking an experienced Head of Engineering to lead our engineering organisation — owning technical strategy, execution excellence, and the growth of our engineering culture as we scale.
In this role, you will
As Head of Engineering, you will:
* Define and lead the technical strategy and architecture for our platform, ensuring it is scalable, reliable, and secure for enterprise customers.
* Set the engineering vision and execution model, translating product and business objectives into high-impact technical roadmaps.
* Partner closely with Product, Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, and the Executive team to ensure engineering is a core driver of business impact.
* Lead and grow a high-performing engineering organisation with a focus on delivery discipline, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
* Drive engineering processes and standards that enable predictable delivery while maintaining high engineering quality.
* Ensure our systems meet enterprise expectations for performance, uptime, and security.
* Represent engineering in cross-functional company planning and decision-making forums.
* Foster a culture of psychological safety, ownership, and high accountability across engineering teams.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a leader who:
* Has significant engineering leadership experience, including hands‑on technical credibility early in their career.
* Has designed and scaled complex platforms — especially in data‑intensive or AI‑enabled environments.
* Thrives at both strategic and tactical levels, setting direction while enabling teams to execute.
* Understands how to balance feature velocity with architectural quality and scalability.
* Has experience building and scaling engineering teams (ideally 30+ engineers).
* Is customer‑centric and treats engineering as a lever for business outcomes.
* Communicates clearly with engineers, business stakeholders, and executives alike.
* Has experience in fast‑moving, growth‑oriented environments (startups or scale‑ups).
