THE ROLE:
We are seeking a Junior to Midweight Project Manager on a 6-month contract to support a leading global enterprise client in the energy sector. This role involves providing strategic project management support across the agency, collaborating with creative, communications, and production teams.
You will be responsible for guiding complex projects to success, managing timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Strong communication skills are essential for working with senior stakeholders and diverse teams. You will report to our Senior Project Manager, overseeing risks, driving innovative solutions, and maintaining high standards in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Senior Project Manager and collaborate with strategy, creative, media, and production teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels and markets.
* Create project plans, timelines, and budgets aligned with campaign objectives and market needs.
* Ensure effective localization of global campaigns, delivering relevant content while maintaining brand consistency.
* Facilitate regular check-ins and updates to ensure team alignment, issue resolution, and efficient problem-solving.
* Monitor and manage campaign budgets, allocating resources efficiently to meet goals.
* Identify and mitigate risks to project timelines and budgets, escalating issues when necessary.
* Oversee quality and compliance of campaign outputs across markets, ensuring high standards and adherence to regulations.
Experience:
* Experience in delivering large-scale campaigns with multiple stakeholders and international clients, suited for early to mid-career professionals in creative advertising.
* Proven experience in creative agencies, with understanding of media and production processes.
* Proficiency in Smartsheets and Microsoft 365 preferred.
* Confident and strong-minded, capable of working effectively with diverse stakeholders, including client-facing communication.
* Must be based near London and available to work in the Bishopsgate office three days a week.
