This is a fantastic opportunity for a Newly Qualified Personal Injury Solicitor to join a friendly and collaborative team in Trafford.
You’ll take ownership of your own caseload, focusing on higher-value work, and play a key role in delivering both results and excellent client care.
Who we’re looking for
4. Experienced EL/PL fee earner, ideally with a few years’ case-handling experience
5. Confident running your own caseload from start to finish
6. Solid billing track record but equally strong on client care
7. Qualified Solicitor/CILEx or working towards qualification (firm will support)
8. Personable, down-to-earth and a team player
What you’ll be doing
9. Independently manage a caseload of EL/PL cases, including higher-value matters
10. Progress files efficiently while providing excellent client care
11. Handle both pre- and post-issue claims
12. Meet agreed billing targets (proportionate to experience/salary)
13. Work collaboratively in an open, friendly environment with lots of support
Salary & Benefits
14. Salary: Up to £40k DOE (flexibility for the right candidate)
15. Hybrid working: Up to 3 days WFH (more office-based at the start for training)
16. Hours: 9–5 with some flexibility available
