Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Maximise every member and guest’s experience in our club.
* Support the sales and retention of memberships through excellent customer service.
* Contribute to the cleaning and hygiene standards of the club as required.
* Be a competent key holder, covering shifts as needed.
* Understand and operate the membership software system.
* Stay updated with current Fitness Challenges, Class descriptions, and gym floor focus; participate in these activities.
* Support the Fitness Manager with Gym Floor responsibilities.
* Experience the products and services offered.
* Maintain the cleanliness of facilities, supporting the full team in upkeeping the club.
* Drive secondary spend KPI targets.
* Handle member complaints effectively and notify the relevant manager.
Requirements:
* Outgoing personality with a positive mindset.
* Competent in administrative duties.
* Driven, ambitious, eager to learn and develop specific skills and behaviors.
* Willing to participate in learning and development opportunities.
* Able to perform operational key holder duties as required.
* Passionate about fitness, administration, and customer service.
* Flexible to work shifts and take on additional duties to support the team.
* Target-focused to support sales and retention goals.
