Here at West Bromwich Albion Football Club we have an exciting opportunity to join our Girls U18s team as a Girls U18s Support Coach. This role will require you to plan, deliver, and oversee high-quality football coaching sessions and matchday management, supporting player development, team performance, and a positive club culture. The working hours for this role are 12 hours a week which includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required and in line with business needs. About The Candidate Person Specification Essential Criteria Previous experience in managing a team and working with a youth team UEFA B Qualification Strong communication and interpersonal skills Availability for 3 weekday evenings and Saturday afternoons Passion for player development and grassroots football First Aid Flexible working hours & being available weekly throughout the season Highly organised and methodical approach to workload Confidential and diplomatic Excellent communication skills both written and verbally Full driving license Right to Work in the UK Desirable Criteria UEFA A Safeguarding/Child Protection training Previous experience using video data to delivery post game feedback About The Club Why should you work for us?
