Senior catering manager responsible for the delivery of catering in barracks and on operations; responsibilities include: Responsible for the provision of catering support in line with the standards of hygiene, quality and presentation in Bks and on Ex. Maintain ration account and provisioning in line with current regulations. Maintenance of Op effectiveness and deployability through the management of Tp Pers and Eqpt. Supervise and mentor subordinates to ensure they achieve and maintain the required standards. Administer subordinates and ensure timely R2 are submitted. Carryout roles and responsibilities as directed in the UECD. Maintain discipline with and standards of subordinates in line with the Army leadership code. Own and maintain personal deployability status at all times.
