• Assist customers on the shop floor with product advice, enquiries, and purchases
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable support on tools, materials, and general hardware needs
• Handle sales transactions, returns, and customer queries professionally
Stock Control & Ordering
• Monitor stock levels and ensure shelves remain fully replenished
• Use computerised stock control systems to track inventory accurately
• Place orders with suppliers and follow up on deliveries
• Receive, check, and organise incoming stock
External Sales Support
• Visit clients on site when required to take orders and promote products
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Represent the business professionally during all external visits
