An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic manager with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to join our practice team.
We are based in the North East of Glasgow within East Dunbartonshire HSCP. We operate from our own purpose built premises, with ample parking and plenty of space for modern day General Practice multi-disciplinary team working. We serve a diverse population of just over 7000 patients across Auchinairn and parts of Bishopbriggs, Robroyston, Springburn, Lenzie and Torrance.
We are an innovative, friendly and progressive training practice, where patient care is at the heart of everything we do. Our team consists of 4 GP Partners, 1 salaried GP, 1 ANP, 1 Practice Nurse and 1 Healthcare Assistant. Additionally we have support from HSCP employed staff; Pharmacy Team (including Pharmacy Hub), Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Advanced Practice Physiotherapist, and also have access to CTAC nursing and phlebotomy services.
We have developed a proficient, friendly and supportive administration team lead by an experienced Deputy Practice Manager who are invaluable in their role of supporting practice operations and clinical activities.
We are looking for an experienced leader to help us shape the future of the practice and deliver improved outcomes for our patients, whilst ensuring a sustainable business model is delivered. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic planning and operational delivery of the practice, ensuring all contractual and statutory obligations are met. Knowledge of the NHS and managerial experience in a healthcare setting are desirable but are not essential.

Salary and working hours are negotiable, dependent on experience. Successful candidates will be auto-enrolled in the NHS Pension Scheme, which has an employer contribution of 22.5%.
