Higher Education Learning Support and Academic Skills Advisor

Salary: Up to £29,163 per annum (dependant on qualifications and experience)

Working pattern: Full Time (37 hours per week / 52 weeks per year), with flexibility for term-time and part-time work discussions.

University Centre Sparsholt is seeking to fill two new positions to support higher education students in achieving their full potential through academic and study skills support.

The role involves working directly with students in our Higher Education setting. Candidates should be experienced with degree-level assignments and ideally have a degree or higher qualification. Responsibilities include supporting students in group settings and on a 1-1 basis, as well as developing and delivering workshop-style sessions to enhance academic skills. Experience supporting neurodiverse students and understanding the needs of a diverse community is highly valued.

We will support your professional development through CPD and assist in attaining relevant qualifications.
