Sales Manager – 5* Housebuilder

Salary: up to £65,000 basic + £90,000 OTE + car allowance
A brilliant opportunity has come up to join a leading 5* housebuilder as a Sales Manager, overseeing developments across Worcestershire and Gloucestershire.

We're looking for an experienced Sales Manager from within the housebuilding industry who leads with empathy as well as drive — someone who enjoys bringing the best out of their team, building trust with customers, and creating a sales experience people genuinely remember.
You'll be part of a close-knit Sales and Marketing team, reporting directly to the Sales and Marketing Director.
What you'll be doing
* Leading, mentoring, and championing your on-site Sales Consultants — helping them grow and feel supported.
* Shaping sales strategies and guiding developments smoothly from launch through to completion.
* Partnering with the marketing team on campaigns and customer experience that stand out.
* Owning pricing, reporting, and market insight to stay ahead of the curve.
* Making sure every development is presented to that signature 5* standard.
* Protecting the customer journey from first enquiry to the day they get their keys.
What we're looking for
* New homes sales experience at Sales Manager level with a volume housebuilder.
* A natural people-leader — someone who coaches, listens, and lifts their team.
* A track record of delivering results without losing sight of the customer.
* Strong organisation and communication skills, and confidence around reporting and strategy.
* A collaborative approach — someone who enjoys being part of a team and seeing others succeed.
* A full UK driving licence, and flexibility to work some weekends (with time back in the week).
