Design Your Future at PVH Campus & Events Assistant About THE ROLE - Design, create and implement an Associate events calendar working in partnership with HR and Internal Communications, considering time of the year, UK season holiday diary etc. ensuring events are in line with events budget. - Partnering with Internal Communications, create and deliver an engaging communication plan and highly engaging communication material optimizing diverse communication channels including but not limited to email, campus digital screens, campus Instagram and White City Teams Chat and Office notice boards. - Working with Business Development, Internal Communications, IT and Leadership Executive Assistant to coordinate regional town halls, hosted both physically in the London Campus and digitally to the rest of the region. - Supporting with deployment of PVH Market Launch and Managers conference events planning, event inplementation and follow up events analysis. - Manage internal email communications for Campus Events/Updates using First Up Platform. - Manage Hub North News Post for Campus Community Updates. - Upload Weekly Menus to Campus Instagram and Campus Event posters. - Communicate with IT to screen Hub talks/panels for the White City Campus. - Support overall Campus team with other key Campus activities, including reception cover for lunch and annual leave. About YOU - You'll have previous similar experience in a reception-based role or working within an administration or communications based role. - You'll constantly Take Ownership, ensuring the Campus is always tidy and ready for us by our Associates and visitors. - You'll be naturally engaging and build great relationships with our Associates and visitors. - You'll be naturally organised to deliver key tasks daily but still able to Adapt Fast when required *. - You'll be confident in the full MS-office package.
