As Sales Coordinator you will: Translate orders into a format that allows them to be processed efficiently through the system Answer customer queries Ensure that stock is allocated to each order without duplication Liaise with other departments to ensure that delivery deadlines are met Problem solve with team members Support engineers with feedback on enquiries, customers, or market information Prepare and distribute quotations and despatch documentation Liaise with product specialists and sales in the UK on matters relating to product specification or availability Offer support to customers, sales engineers, and colleagues within your team The Sales Coordinator will have: Excellent interpersonal skills Be Self-motivated and adaptable Organised, conscientious, and hard working High level of communication skills, both verbal and written Good working knowledge of SAP or similar, Excel, Word, and Outlook Good attention to detail and accuracy Vibe Recruit is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
