Job Description What will your responsibilities be? Customer Meetings & Coordination Represent the manufacturer in daily/weekly meetings with customers to address material needs, failures, replacements, and documentation updates. Material Surveillance & Availability Monitor and anticipate spares needs to ensure fleet availability. Liaise with customers and the central order desk for proactive updates. Technical & Commercial Support Validate material requests by reviewing maintenance documentation. Support the Central Team in commercial/technical assessments. Reporting & Prioritization Prepare reports on Materiel Services activities and orderbook analysis (Spares & Repairs). Escalate critical items, backlogs, grounded A/C, and quality issues. IT Systems & Logistics Update manufacturer/customer IT systems for material tracking. Manage demand forecasts and support IPLs, material orders, and spares inspections .
