Are you an inspiring Teacher of English with a passion for literature and language? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic English Teacher to join our exceptional Sixth Form College in West London. This is a full-time, permanent position commencing in April 2025.

About the Role:
* Teach English Language and/or English Literature at A Level.
* Plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons that cater to a range of learning styles and abilities.
* Support students in preparing for their A Level English examinations.
* Provide guidance and feedback on students' written work and coursework.
* Foster a love of English and inspire students to pursue their interests in literature and language.
* Contribute to the department's curriculum development and resource creation.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues in the department and across the college.
* Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching practice.
Ideal Candidate:
* Holds QTS or equivalent.
* Possesses excellent subject knowledge in English Language and/or English Literature.
* Demonstrates a passion for teaching English and a commitment to student success.
* Has strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
* Is confident in building rapport with students and fostering a positive and stimulating learning environment.
* Has a good understanding of the A Level English specifications.
* Is committed to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
