An exciting opportunity has arisen at their County Durham site for a number of General Operatives to join their team on a Temporary to Permanent basis. This opportunity gives a General Operative the chance to work with one of the most respected companies in the UK that have a rich history. The General Operative role will be to cover a Day Shift: Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm (Friday start and finish times might vary) back shift and night shift on rotation. General Operative Main Duties: General Machine Operative work Mixing and blending materials Setting up machinery Working in a warm environment Quality checks on all products manufactured Sending samples to the laboratory for testing Lifting and bending Working in a dusty environment Working in a very manual industrial environment Role Requirements: Experience of working in an industrial manufacturing environment Excellent communication High attention to detail Machine setting and operating experience Ability to learn new skills Ability to inspect own work Physically able to lift up to 15kg Expect high standards from yourself Flexibility with regards to shifts and over-timeInterested?
