Due to the exciting growth of Corin, we are now looking to expand our Quality Inspection team to be able to continue to deliver the quantity of products required to meet the worldwide demand. We are therefore looking for Quality Assistants and Inspectors to join us, where we design, engineer, make, inspect and distribute globally. We are looking for Quality Assistants and Inspectors who will read technical drawings (full training will be provided) and have the ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail. We are looking for progressive learners and the ability to work well under pressure. If you are applying for the Assistant role, no previous experience is required as you’ll be guided by a dedicated trainer and supported day to day by our Senior Inspector. Shift Pattern;Double Days – a two week rotation consisting of one week of early shifts followed by one week of late shifts. Earlies - 5.30am - 14:00 Monday to Thursday, 5.30am - 11am on Friday Lates - 13:55 - 22.25 Monday to Thursday, 16:00 - 20:50 on Friday You will receive a 20% shift allowance in addition to your pay. We also offer a quarterly bonus, which would be related to output, absences and right first time! The ideal Quality Assistant/Inspector will have/be. An excellent level of attention to detail. A minimal education background of GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English. Previous work experience in either a manufacturing, automotive, aerospace or highly regulated environment would be desirable, but not essential. An eagerness and willingness to learn new tasks that involve general inspection, measurement, and associated activities (eg - reading engineering drawings).
