 
        Customer Service Executive & Administrator Start date of Monday 3rd November - IMMEDIATE START REQUIRED Automotive Industry (Temporary to potentially remain permanent for the right person ) Location: Warrington (WA4) Pay: £12.66 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm (occasional Saturday may be required longer-term) Contract: Temporary role with potential to become permanent About the Role We are recruiting on behalf of a leading automotive business based in Warrington (WA4) for a professional and motivated Customer Service Executive & Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, fast-paced environment where you will play a key role in supporting customers with their vehicle repair and claims process. The role is offered on a temporary basis with the potential to become permanent for the right person. Key Responsibilities Handling inbound and outbound customer calls regarding vehicle claims and repairs Updating customers on the progress of their claim or repair Liaising with garages, repair centres, and hire vehicle providers to arrange and monitor work Managing and processing claims and supporting documentation Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems Providing a professional and efficient customer experience at all times General administrative duties to support the wider team About You We're looking for someone who has: Previous customer service experience, ideally within a telephone-based environment Strong administration and organisational skills Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional telephone manner The ability to multi-task and manage a busy workload Good computer literacy and attention to detail Immediate availability to start Benefits Competitive hourly rate Friendly, supportive office environment Genuine opportunity to progress into a permanent position Monday-Friday working hours with occasional Saturday longer-term to be considered please apply asap
