This is an excellent opportunity to join a UK based business as part of a larger international organisation in a fast-paced influential Business Partnering role as part of the wider HR team. The role offers hybrid working with a requirement to be on site in the business at least 3 days a week. You will be providing proactive HR expertise to enable the business to make commercial decisions and delivering solutions that align with business objectives, and which foster a high-performance culture. You should be able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of employment law and best practice; have experience of managing change, driving performance and continuous improvement; and possess excellent interpersonal, influencing and communication skills.
