Role Description
This is a contract, part-time role for a Freelance Operations Assistant located in London, with the flexibility to work from home. The Freelance Operations Assistant will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations, maintaining effective communication, managing operational tasks, and providing outstanding customer service. Tasks will include assisting with operational management, handling customer inquiries, conducting data analysis, and ensuring smooth workflow processes.
If you are detail-oriented and experienced in bookkeeping, great client management and general operations, we'd love to hear from you. You'll need proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks (or a similar accounting software). Starting with just a few hours a week, this role has the potential to grow into a longer-term commitment, possibly even full-time.
