We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 F&O Operations/Manufacturing Specialist to support a 6-month project focused on strengthening our manufacturing processes and ensuring successful system adoption across the UK business. This role will work closely with operational teams, process owners, and D365 super users to validate our current processes, improve training materials and optimise system configuration where required. Key Responsibilities: Review and validate existing D365 SCM Operations & Manufacturing processes to ensure alignment with business requirements and best practice. Identify opportunities for improvement and support process refinement across production, procurement, inventory, planning, and shop floor activities. Deliver hands-on support for training, coaching, and system adoption, including creation or enhancement of training materials. Configure or reconfigure D365 modules as needed to support process improvements and operational efficiency. Assist with the rollout of new processes or system functionality across global manufacturing sites. Act as a bridge between operational teams and IT, ensuring clear communication and effective issue resolution. Provide subject matter expertise on D365 Operations/Manufacturing throughout the organisation. Support the development, configuration, and successful rollout of strategic operational and performance reports, ensuring data accuracy, usability and alignment with business KPIs. Requirements This role will be based at our Shepshed facility (100% onsite) and is an exciting contract for someone with proven experience implementing or supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Operations/Manufacturing modules). A strong understanding of manufacturing processes such as production control, MRP, BOMs, routing, inventory management and shop floor execution is required. Hands-on system configuration SuperUser experience within D365 is a must, with the ability to support users at all levels.
