Ensure that every child’s individual learning and developmental needs are met. Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive, child-centered environment. Build strong relationships with parents and carers to support children’s progress. Take an active role in evaluating and improving the setting’s educational practices. Requirements: A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent (essential). Experience working with children in an EYFS setting. Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework and early childhood development. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
