The Job Role
To maximize the hotels revenue and drive the standards of the team
To work closely with the sales team and oversee the reservations team
Ensuring the highest standards of sales and customer service delivered at all times
An assistant Reservations Manager to develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimise room occupancy and revenue,along with overseeing the reservations process
The Requirements
The ideal assistant reservations manager will have previous experience within a hotel's reservations and reception department
Knowledge and experience with OTA's and other distribution channels
Responsible for guiding and mentoring the Reservations team
Experience with hotel PMS / RMS systems
