Job Title: Global People Data & Insights Lead
Location: Home Based (Remote working)
Contract: 12 months FTC
Are you a data-driven person who loves to turn data into visually pleasing insightful information? Are you experienced in analysing HR / People data to support people decisions in line with strategy? Do you enjoy presenting insights through reporting and analytics, ensuring you can communicate a story and the meaning behind the data so actions can be taken?
We are recruiting a maternity cover role reporting into our People and Performance Director to bring the latest thinking in to provide comparisons with internal data and develop suggestions for future ways of working. The Global People Data & Insights Lead will play a pivotal role in managing and optimising our people data, reporting requirements, and talent and succession data and insights.
What you'll be doing:
1. Work with key stakeholders to understand our people data requirements and strategy
2. Obtain a holistic overview of, manage, and deliver all people reporting requirements to deadlines
3. Provide data and reporting analysis internally and externally
4. Understand all people data requirements globally in line with local in-country legislation including GDPR and the need to maintain confidentiality with the sensitive data you will be working with
5. Deliver meaningful insights with data in areas such as diversity, performance, talent, employee engagement, and more
6. Analyse and interrogate people data/KPIs/metrics/dashboards highlighting key trends, areas for discussion, developing proactive insights and recommendations to drive action
7. Communicate and present data results in a clear and transparent manner – understanding the audience and questions to be answered – tell the story
What you'll bring:
1. Be an established people analytics specialist/expert
2. Previous experience of working with similar deliverables within an HR / People data focused role
3. Highly analytical with sound reporting and stakeholder management skills
4. Influencing and communication skills to ensure the right data presentation across different people domains e.g. talent, engagement etc
5. Strong presentation skills distilling complex information – strong verbal and written communication
6. Exceptional ability to translate data into actionable insights
7. Ability to work at pace and manage own workload to tight deadlines
8. Experience of data visualization tools
9. High levels of integrity when dealing with confidential and sensitive people data
10. Real understanding of the impact of reporting and data requests in a business
