Key Responsibilities
* Be the face of Emergency and Critical Care services:
o Receptionists are the first point of contact during emergencies, handling calls, greeting clients, and managing financial transactions.
* Provide updates:
o Relay information to the veterinary team about patients enroute to the clinic or clients in need of assistance.
* Handle administration duties:
o Perform administrative tasks accurately.
Rota pattern
Week 1: Saturday from 12:00-18:00 and Sunday from 08:00-18:00
Week 2: Saturday and Sunday from 18:00-23:00
Week 3: One week night working shift working from 19:00-23:00
Plus, a fair share of bank holidays.
