The Role:
Ferrovial Construction seeks Environmental Graduates to support major UK infrastructure projects. The 3-year graduate development programme aims to enhance personal, professional, and technical skills through a blended learning approach. You will work under the supervision of Environmental Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to Ferrovial Construction UK’s sustainability strategy and health & safety standards.
* Ensure environmental standards are maintained on projects.
Key Accountabilities:
* Assist in preparing and reviewing environmental documentation, including Environmental Management Plans and Inspection and Test Plans.
* Support development of communication strategies to ensure understanding of environmental plans among staff and subcontractors.
* Monitor compliance with environmental standards and documentation on-site.
* Prepare environmental and sustainability reports for senior management.
* Assist with investigations and audits related to environmental issues.
* Advise on environmental requirements and promote continuous improvement and innovation.
* Promote customer and stakeholder requirements throughout the project.
* Adhere to Ferrovial Construction UK’s vision and values.
* Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure safe working practices are followed.
* Support environmental and sustainability policies and procedures.
Skills and Competence:
