Right Education is supporting a primary school in Lincolnshire to recruit a dedicated SEND Hub Teacher to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher with SEND experience who is passionate about creating inclusive learning environments and helping children with additional needs thrive both academically and personally.
The successful candidate will work within a specialist provision, supporting pupils with a range of needs through structured, nurturing and individualised approaches.
The Role
* Plan and deliver high-quality teaching tailored to the needs of SEND pupils
* Create a calm, supportive and inclusive learning environment
* Work closely with support staff, parents and external agencies to achieve positive outcomes
* Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development
* Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing through consistent routines and expectations
* Contribute to the ongoing development of SEND provision within the school
We Are Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Previous experience working with pupils with SEND in either mainstream or specialist settings
* Strong understanding of inclusive practice and differentiated learning
* A patient, resilient and solution-focused approach
* The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues
* Commitment to ensuring every child feels valued, supported and able to succeed
* Knowledge of trauma-informed approaches and relational practice would be advantageous
