Overview
We are seeking expressions of interest for a Project Support Officer (Band 5) to join the newly established West Midlands-wide Community Forensic LDA Service. This service is being developed as a partnership between Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust (CWPT) and Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (MPFT).
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the development and delivery of a new regional hub-and-spoke model, supporting improved pathways for people with learning disabilities and/or autism who present with forensic risk.
This is a non-recurrent, two-year project funded via the Reach Out Collaborative, with the contract commencing upon appointment. This post is available as a fixed-term contract or 20-month secondment opportunity for internal applicants.
The Project Support Officer will play a key role in supporting the mobilisation and delivery of the service, providing high-quality programme and project management support to the Project Manager and Project Lead.
To provide programme and project management support to the Project Manager and Project Lead.
Provide programme/project support on key work streams to include progress monitoring, chasing, and preparation of programme/project documents.
Undertake data analysis and production of reports / programme/project plans, and stakeholder communications as required. Undertake research and literature reviews and produce summary reports.
To manage the co-ordination and delivery of data and information linked to routine reporting cycles for the provision of programme/project reports, and updates internally and externally to key stakeholders.
