You will carve a pivotal role within this business overseeing the delivery of a quality compliance services, whilst also working on tax planning and advisory work. Manage a varied portfolio of private clients, including high-net-worth individuals, business owners, partnerships, and trusts Oversee the preparation and review of complex self-assessment tax return Provide tailored advisory services across areas such as inheritance tax, capital gains tax, non-domicile and residency matters, succession planning, and trust structuring Act as a key point of contact for clients, HMRC, and other professional advisers Lead and support junior team members, offering guidance, training, and regular performance feedback Ensure all work is delivered to a high technical and ethical standard, on time and within budget Play an active role in business development by attending networking events, spotting new opportunities, and contributing to proposals Stay up to date with changes in tax legislation and trends affecting private clients RequirementsPersonal Tax Manager Sittingbourne Ideally ATT and/or, CTA/ ACA/ACCA qualified or studying. You will have developed a personal tax career within an accountancy practice or specialist tax firm. Your experience will have been developed in any mix of Top Tier, Top Ten, 50, larger regional independent firm background, or specialist tax firm and your background will most likely have focused down the personal tax route with a strong compliance and /or tax planning skill set.
