Job Summary:
A leading residential developer is seeking a Services Coordinator to manage and coordinate all aspects of utilities provision across multiple residential developments. The role is responsible for ensuring timely delivery of utilities services, including new connections, diversions, disconnections, metering, legal processes, and ongoing operational support. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of utilities, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams, utility providers, contractors, and legal representatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate disconnections, diversions, and off-site utility works.

Arrange new services requirements, including meter locations, EV charging, service trenches, landlord requirements, and utilities across water, gas, electricity, and communications.

Obtain quotations, manage tender processes, and oversee contracts.
*
Secure design approvals, confirm infrastructure placement, and provide comprehensive service files to site teams.
*
Liaise with solicitors to complete legal agreements and documentation.
*
Arrange MPANs and MPRNs, and register with meter suppliers.
*
Manage meter contracts, renewals, and disconnections.
*
Oversee remedial works required for adoption of services.
*
Support site, land, planning, and operational teams with utility-related information and escalations.
*
Process utility invoices and ensure timely payment.
Experience & Skills Required:
*
Strong knowledge of utility connections and metering arrangements (water, gas, electricity, telecoms).
*
Experience coordinating with utility providers, solicitors, and contractors.
*
Excellent organisational skills, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
*
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
*
Commercial awareness with experience in quotations, tenders, and invoice processing.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
