Anderson Knight is proud to be partnering with a respected legal services firm to recruit a Conveyancing Administrator.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail to develop their career within conveyancing. You’ll play a vital role in supporting solicitors and case handlers, ensuring the smooth and accurate progression of property transactions.
Location: Glasgow City Centre (fully office-based)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm
Salary: £28,000+
Key Responsibilities
• Open and set up new client files on the internal case management system.
• Prepare, upload, and distribute property documentation including title deeds, searches, and lender instructions.
• Accurately input and update client data within case records and templates.
• Draft standard correspondence and documents for solicitor approval.
• Monitor shared inboxes, directing emails and documents to the appropriate case handler.
• Liaise with external partners such as outsourcing providers, search companies, and lenders to chase outstanding information.
• File, scan, and archive both electronic and paper documents in line with firm policies.
• Provide wider administrative support to the conveyancing team, including submissions and client communications.
Requirements
• Previous experience in an office-based administrative role (experience in conveyancing, legal, or property sectors advantageous).
• Strong attention to detail with excellent accuracy in data handling.
• Confident user of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and document management systems.
• Organised and able to manage workloads in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in a regulated environment or handling sensitive client data is desirable.
