Responsibilities Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly new business productivity measures.
Meet Acquisition Targets, Order Revenue Targets, and Retention Goals.
Identify, prospect, and convert independent and group prospects into customers.
Plan and organize your time effectively to drive results and efficiency.
Use CRM system to record visits, customer interactions, and orders.
Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Negotiate and develop commercial agreements with key customers.
Collaborate proactively with the Field Sales Manager (FSM) and stakeholders to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
Visit targets to cold call and introduce Pipers Crisps, promoting the Direct Delivery Model.
Monitor competitor and wholesale activity, coordinating with internal departments as needed.
Attend trade shows to increase brand awareness and generate new opportunities.
Implement and review new marketing initiatives.
Qualifications Results-driven and target-oriented.
