We are currently recruiting for a Part-Time (32 hours per week) Receptionist at Fawsley Hall Hotel & Spa, part of Hand Picked Hotels. Fawsley Hall Hotel is located within Northamptonshire and offers our guests a luxurious stay, with 4 AA Red Stars and a 2 AA Rosette restaurant. For rest and relaxation, Fawsley Hall is host to one of the Midland’s best destination spas and state-of-the-art wellness and health club facilities.
Job Description
* Deliver an exceptional guest experience by putting the guest at the heart of everything you do, through personalized and thoughtful service with care and attention to detail.
* Demonstrate a high level of engagement with guests throughout their stay to make them feel at home, relaxed, and identify and create magical memories at every possible opportunity.
* Maintain regular and effective communication with the Front office team to ensure a seamless operation, aware of all the day’s activities.

About You
* Knowledge and experience of working in a luxury four or five-star hotel within a front office environment.
* Passionate about going above and beyond for our guests and recognizing opportunities to make the guest experience memorable.
* Demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence, enabling you to anticipate our guests’ needs and ensure they receive a Hand Picked experience.
* Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of hotel reservation systems and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Opera is desirable.
* Find solutions to any scenario with enthusiasm and a willing approach.
* Act calmly and professionally, maintaining an outwardly positive attitude even when under pressure.
